E&R Engineering TW, founded in 1994 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, specializes in semiconductor laser and plasma equipment. With over 2,000 laser and 500 plasma requirements installed worldwide, our footprint covers major semiconductor hubs across Europe, America, and Asia.
E&R USA was established in 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona, to provide faster frontline technical services for USA customers. Leveraging E&R’s global network, we also support partners in expanding into the USA market with advanced equipment, key components, and skilled services. In 2026, a laser and plasma demo lab will be set up in Phoenix to enable rapid sample testing and process optimization for advanced packaging and manufacturing, delivering complete solutions to customers.
